Shipping

All State and Federal Laws apply to the shipment of firearms. We ship all firearms to an FFL dealer in your state. You will be responsible for contacting the dealer and having them send or email us a copy of their FFL license. We cannot process your order until we receive a signed copy of their FFL.

FFL Dealers

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Black Powder firearms. Please verify compliance in your state, county, and city before bidding on this item. You will need to provide a copy of your drivers license for proof of age. The copy of your drivers license can be mailed or sent with your payment.  Note that for states such as California, and some others, the exact catalog number must be approved by the state. Often times there are model numbers that are approved in some configurations, but not all. We will not ship Black Powder firearms to individuals in Massachusetts, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Washington D.C., New York, Rhode Island, and New Jersey, all shipments must go to your local FFL dealer. 

C&R license holders: We will gladly ship any C&R eligible firearm to C&R holders once a signed copy of your license is received.

All long guns, ammunition, and oversized merchandise is shipped via UPS ground. Handguns and other merchandise ship via USPS Priority Mail 3 Day Shipping.

Ammunition sales will be approved with a copy of your drivers license, showing proof of age, and a signed Ammunition Disclosure Statement (link below). Both can be mailed with your payment or emailed to customerservice@loneoaktrading.com

All shipments have the following insurances included:

USPS $50.00

UPS $100.00

If you wish additional insurance please contact us after the sale so we can adjust your invoice with your requested insurance amount.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, merchandise that is approved for shipment to your country. Check with us prior to purchasing firearm related accessories. We can ship up to $100.00 of gun parts without additional paperwork. Over $100.00 will require export documents. For firearms and gun parts requiring export permits we work with European Target Shooters Supplies. Please contact them in advance to be sure the firearm or parts that you want can be exported to you.

CA Residents:

We are a California Department Of Justice approved dealer. Please check with your California dealer before bidding on any firearms to be sure that we can ship that firearm to California. Your dealer will have access to the most current Department Of Justice approved firearms. If a firearm is returned due to non-compliance, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Lone Oak Trading LLC policy prohibits the alteration of any firearm for the purpose of rendering it compliant in a specific state.

Returns

We accept all returns with prior authorization after the three day inspection period. Returns must be in the same condition received, well packaged and insured.

All new items must be returned in the original, undamaged, packaging with all labels, inserts and instructions included. All new firearms sales are final. Please contact the manufacturer if warranty repair is needed.

Payment

We accept Postal money orders and Bank Cashier Checks made payable to Lone Oak Trading LLC. Items purchased through Ebay may use Paypal.

Sales tax will be charged to Ohio Residents.

Merchandise can be picked up at our location during regular business hours. Please call prior to arriving so your order will be ready to pick up. Appointments can be arranged outside of business hours.
